User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the website hades1.bet (the "Website"), which is operated by Cobalt Gaming Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our") under Curaçao licence reference 8048/JAZ2020-4033.

Terms Acceptance

By accessing the Website, registering an account or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must stop using the Website immediately.

By accepting this Agreement, you also confirm that:

you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence if that is higher;
you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction where you live and from which you access the Website;
all information you provide to us is accurate, complete and kept up to date.

We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Amended terms take effect once they are published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Website usage

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

You may:

hold one account only, in your own name;

keep your login details confidential and remain responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

You must not:

allow any other person to use your account or transfer your account to anyone else;
provide false, misleading or incomplete personal information;
use the Website for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity;
use automated tools, software or other devices to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with the normal operation of the Website;
collude with other users or manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its systems or the accounts of other users;
access the Website from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or close an account, withhold payments where permitted by law, and cancel bets or winnings if we reasonably believe that this Agreement has been breached.

IP Rights

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, game materials, software, layout and design, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you. You may view the Website and its content for your personal use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, translate, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

All trade names, trademarks and logos displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners. Any confidential or proprietary information that we make available to you must not be disclosed to third parties.

Limitation notice

The Website and all of its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

any defects will be corrected within a particular period;
the Website or its servers are free from harmful components;
the use of the Website will result in any particular outcome or financial gain.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

your breach of this Agreement;
your violation of any law or the rights of a third party;
any inaccurate or misleading information you have provided to us.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Applicable law

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

You agree to first try to resolve any dispute by contacting us in writing and allowing us a reasonable period to respond. If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
